3.2. Payment of a voluntary contribution is made as follows: the

(amount in words) US Dollars is made at the same time with the transfer of the animal to the Owner. If the Owner delivers the animal himself or If the kitten is delivered by courier, then the kitten must be paid no later than three days before sending it by courier.

3.3. If the Owner fails to comply with the terms of clause 3.2. The breeder has the right to consider a refusal to further purchase a kitten. The amount of the deposit in case of abandonment of the kitten is not refundable.

3.4. All additional costs that the Breeder may incur before the delivery of the kitten to the Owner is paid by the Owner additionally by a separate agreement ( redemption of the pedigree in the club, registration of a veterinary certificate for the removal of the kitten, transportation costs for sending the kitten).

4. Other conditions, rights and obligations of the Breeder and Owner:
        4.1. By the time the kitten is handed over to the Owner, the kitten must be registered in the club where the pairing of the kitten's parents is registered, as evidenced by the registration card (metric) of the kitten.
        4.2. At the time of transfer to the Owner, the kitten must be completely clinically healthy, free from ecto- and endoparasites, fully or partially (by age) vaccinated , as indicated in the veterinary passport.

4.3. The owner has the right, within 7 days, at his own expense, to check the health of the animal in licensed veterinary institutions. Upon presentation of a veterinary opinion confirming the unhealthy of the animal at the time of sale, the Breeder undertakes to accept the animal back and make a full refund minus the deposit. This clause is valid only on the condition that within 7 days from the date of transfer to the Owner, the Kitten has not come into contact with any other pets (i.e. the Owner has provided the Kitten with proper quarantine measures). After 7 days from the date of purchase, the Breeder does not bear any financial or any other liability to the Owner.
       
        4.4 If the Owner has not exercised the right stipulated in clause 4.3, then claims for the health of the animal will not be accepted in the future and a refund after a seven-day guarantee given by the Breeder is excluded.

4.5. The transfer of an animal with latent defects, deficiencies and genetic diseases that cannot be determined during activation is not subject to liability either from the Nursery or from the Club that issued the pedigree for the animal.
        4.6. In the event of the Owner's unwillingness or refusal to further keep the animal, the Breeder may accept it back. In this case, the voluntary contribution is not refundable and the amount spent on its maintenance is not reimbursed.
        4.7. The quality of the animal (pet, show, breed) is determined by the Breeder or the club's felinologist at the time of sale.
        4.8. If the animal is sold as a pet - class, the Owner undertakes to neuter the animal at the age of 8 to 9 months, and not to use it for breeding. In case of breeding violation, the Owner pays the Breeder a monetary fine equal to the value of the animal. The Breeder reserves the right to take animal back due to a breach of contract.
        4.9. If the animal is sold as a breed - class, then the Owner has no right to make claims to the Breeder in case of unsatisfactory show marks.
        4.10. If the animal is sold as a show class, then the Breeder gives guarantees of show quality and the absence of visible genetic defects at the time of sale. The breeder is not responsible for the further development and success of the show career of the animal.
        4.11. The owner undertakes to conscientiously maintain the purchased kitten, provide the care recommended by the Breeder, balanced nutrition, regular scheduled vaccinations, exclude walks on an unprotected balcony, access to open windows or uncontrolled exit to the street. The owner undertakes to always ensure that the Kitten is provided with timely necessary veterinary care. The owner undertakes to never keep the Kitten in a cage.
        4.12. The owner cannot submit the animal to a store or market for the purpose of resale, as well as resell the animal without notifying the Breeder. The owner undertakes that the animal will never undergo an operation to remove the nail phalanges (declaw), trim the vocal cords.
        4.13. The breeder has the right to control the conditions of keeping and the physical condition of the kitten acquired from him.
        4.14. The Breeder undertakes to provide the Owner with advice on keeping and growing.
        4.15. The breeder is solely responsible for the animal's health and condition at the time of sale.
        4.16. In connection with the sale of the animal, the following additional conditions have been agreed:

        5. Responsibility of the parties
        5.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations under the Agreement, the Breeder and the Owner (parties) are liable in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the current legislation .
        5.2. Each of the parties is not responsible for the obligations of the other party in relation to third parties.
       
        6. Dispute Resolution
        6.1. All disputes and disagreements arising from the Agreement, the parties will seek to resolve through negotiations.
        6.2. If through negotiations the parties cannot come to an agreement, then the dispute is subject to referral to the court of general instance at the residence of the "Breeder".
       
        7. Term of the Agreement
        7.1. The agreement comes into force from the moment (date) of signing and is valid until the parties fully fulfill their obligations.
       
        8. Final Provisions:

8.1 In connection with the sale of an animal, the following additional conditions have been agreed:

- for female cats - prohibition of mating with cats of any other breeds, except for cases of experimental breeding work confirmed by the club, in writing on an official form;

- for a male cat - prohibition of mating with cats of any other breeds, except for cases of experimental breeding work confirmed by the club, in writing on an official form;

- it is desirable that animals sold as SHOW-class or BREED-class attend exhibitions during the first 2 years of life;

- in the event that the animal is sold as a PET class, the Owner agrees that he can exchange the animal's metric for pedigree independently or through the Breeder, but only after neutering the animal. The pedigree of the animal will be marked "Not for breeding use";

8.2. At the time of signing this Agreement, all previous correspondence, agreements, negotiations and previously concluded Agreements between the parties and third parties on the issues that are the subject of this Agreement become invalid.

        8.3. Any changes, additions and attachments to this Agreement are valid only provided that they are made in writing and signed by each of the parties.

        8.4. This Agreement is made in two copies in English. All copies are identical and have the same legal force. Each of the parties has one copy of this Agreement.

        9. The signatures of the Owner and the Breeder certify their full agreement with all the terms of this agreement.
